The conference was just opened with an opening address by the Prime Minister of Samoa.

I am currently in Samoa attending PACINET 200, I will be posting some updates here as we go along and some photos from the event, see the Zoom Photo Gallery for photos of PACINET 2006. This the 5th PACINET meeting which is by far the biggest annual IT conference in the Pacific.
